One killed in Mugu jeep accident



SIMKOT: A person has died in a jeep accident in Mugu district.

Harka Bahadur Aidi, a co-driver of Chankheli in Humla, died when the jeep — Lu 1 Ja 4102 — coming to Humla met with an accident near Nafa in the district.

According to Bharat Bahadur Shahi, Assistant Inspector at the District Traffic Office, Mugu, Aidi died in the course of treatment at Mugu Hospital.

Jeep driver, Dalbir Rokaya of Chankheli, who was injured in the accident, is undergoing treatment at the same hospital.

Four passengers in the jeep are safe, police said.
