Three-eyed snake found in Australia



SYDNEY: A three-eyed snake has been found on a highway in norther Australia.

The Northern Territory Parks and Wildlife Service said that the snake’s third eye, on top of its head, appeared to be a natural mutation.

Rangers have discovered the 40-cm-long (15 inch) reptile near the town of Humpty Doo, 40 km south-east of Darwin.
