KANCHANPUR: Police have seized 44 grams of brown sugar from Punarbas Municipality-6.
The District Police Office, Kanchanpur has stated that is the largest quantity of brown sugar recovered so far.
Police have arrested four people involved in the smuggling.
The arrested are Dinesh Bhatt of Punarbas -4 Ghagaun, Gagan Shahi, Ramesh Rawat and Roshan Shahi of Belauri Municipality.
