Landslide blocks Narayangadh-Muglin road yet again



CHITWAN: Narayangadh-Muglin road section has been disrupted after a landslide occurred at Charkilo in Ichchhakamana rural municipality-6 on early Thursday.

According to District Police Office, Chitwan, the landslide occurred at 4:30 am today and it is still occurring.

“The landslide is still occurring. Once it subsides, the removal of debris will begin,” said Road Division Office, Bharatpur.

With the disruption of the road section, vehicles plying through this road have been stuck.

The landslides have been frequently occurring along this road section since Monday night.

One way traffic had resumed from 11 am yesterday following the removal of debris brought by the landslide that occurred on Wednesday morning.
