Tractor kills man in Gulmi, driver detained



GULMI: A man has died after being hit by a tractor at Madane Rural Municipality in Gulmi district.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Ganga Bahadur Saru of the District Police Office, the deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Salikram Chand.

Chand, a resident of Aglungphedi in Madane Rural Municipality-1, succumbed to injuries during treatment at Tamghas Hospital after being seriously injured in the incident.

Police have taken the tractor driver into custody for further investigation.
