Organizers said more than 75 participants—including writers, poets, scholars, translators, filmmakers, editors, and artists—will take part in the event. Festival director Srijana Bhandari said the event will be dedicated to pioneering Nepali fiction writer Guru Prasad Mainali.

Participants are expected from Nepal, India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Ukraine, France, Denmark, Russia, and the Philippines, among other countries.

The festival will feature poetry recitations, panel discussions, workshops, masterclasses, cultural performances, film screenings, and intercultural literary dialogues.

Organizers said the event aims to foster deeper discussions on the role, therapeutic value, and creative potential of literature in a rapidly changing global environment.
