Gold price drops by Rs 2,000 per tola



KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the domestic market declined by Rs 2,000 per tola on Thursday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.

The federation has fixed the price of gold at Rs 317,000 per tola for the day. On Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 319,000 per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver also fell by Rs 205 per tola. Silver, which was traded at Rs 5,720 per tola on Wednesday, has dropped to Rs 5,515 per tola today.
