NEPSE declines by 14.53 points, trading volume hits 8.91 billion



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) experienced a drop of 14.53 points on Monday, closing the day at 2,647 points, marking a decline of 0.64 percent.

A total of 23,689,071 shares, valued at NPR 8.91 billion, were traded during the session.

The day saw a mixed performance in the stock market, with the share prices of 78 companies rising, while 167 companies saw their stock prices fall. No companies maintained stable prices.

Out of the 327 companies listed, 76,998 shares were bought and sold on the exchange today.
