DHANUSHA: Madhesh Province Chief Minister Satish Kumar Singh is set to leave for Malaysia today on a week-long visit.

During his stay, Chief Minister Singh is scheduled to meet with Nepali migrant workers, particularly those from Madhesh Province, according to his secretariat.

The visit aims to gather firsthand information about the workers’ conditions and challenges. He is also expected to attend various official programs while in Malaysia. The trip is being viewed as a significant opportunity to better understand the issues faced by Nepalis employed abroad.

In Singh’s absence, Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development Saroj Kumar Yadav has been assigned the role of acting Chief Minister.
