Three children missing in Rupandehi’s Danav river



RUPANDEHI: Three children have gone missing while swimming in the Danav River in Ardauli, Lumbini Cultural Municipality-2, Rupandehi.

The missing children have been identified as Raj Yadav (14), Umesh Yadav (13), and Munu Harijan (12), all residents of the same locality.

They reportedly went missing at around 12:30 PM on Monday while swimming in the river.

According to DSP Shailendra Thapa, Joint Spokesperson of the Armed Police Force, search efforts are currently underway.

Upon receiving the report, a team from the Armed Police Force Nepal Border Outpost Bayarghat, led by an Armed Police Inspector, has been mobilized and is actively continuing the search operation, Thapa said.
