Tribhuvan University resumes online application service for certificates



KATHMANDU: Tribhuvan University has resumed its online application service for transcripts and provisional certificates, removing the requirement for students to be physically present at the Examination Controller’s Office.

Minister for Education, Science, and Technology, Bidya Bhattarai, announced that the service officially resumed from 11 AM on April 14, 2025.

According to a notice issued by her secretariat, applicants can now submit their forms online and make payments through Connect IPS.

The university has also stated that additional payment gateways will be added in the future.

Tribhuvan University had initially launched the online certificate application system on Magh 15, 2080 BS. However, the service was suspended after the website was hacked a day after going live.
