Nepali Embassy in Israel tells citizens to stay safe

KATHMANDU: As tensions escalate in the Middle East, the Embassy of Nepal in Israel has issued a public notice urging Nepali nationals living in Israel to remain cautious and prioritize their safety.

In a social media post, the embassy advised Nepalis to stay informed about the latest safety protocols issued by the Israeli Home Front Command and follow the updated guidelines available through the National Emergency Portal.

“In view of the recent developments in the region, the Israeli Home Front Command has issued new public safety instructions,” the embassy stated. “We earnestly request all Nepali brothers and sisters to stay informed about the latest local security protocols via the Israeli National Emergency Portal, adhere to those protocols, and remain close to shelters or areas with secure refuge facilities.”

The advisory comes amid growing fears of conflict escalation following recent military developments in the region, including a reported Israeli strike inside Iran. Nepali nationals in Israel have been urged to exercise maximum caution and remain in contact with the embassy for further updates.
