According to CAN, applicants must hold an ECB or CA Level-3 coaching certificate (or equivalent) and have at least five years of professional coaching experience. The new coach will be responsible for improving team performance, leading the support staff, and developing a long-term strategy for talent identification and player development.

The coach is also expected to possess strong knowledge of cricket culture, women’s cricket structures, and fluency in English. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Nepalese and associate-level cricket.

The selected coach will receive full board accommodation in Nepal, a competitive salary, and team travel allowances.
