NEPSE inches up by 0.03% to close at 2,611.43 on Tuesday



KATHMANDU: The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) marginally rose by 1.03 points (0.03%) on Tuesday, closing at 2,611.43, after slipping by 3.44 points in the previous session.

The market opened at 2,608.6 and fluctuated between an intraday high of 2,625.70 and a low of 2,608.57. Total trading turnover reached Rs. 8.74 billion, with 20,542,764 shares traded across 318 listed companies through 80,054 transactions.

The overall market capitalization stood at Rs. 4.34 trillion, while the float market capitalization was recorded at Rs. 1.44 trillion.

Sanima Mai Hydropower Ltd. (SHPC) led in turnover, recording Rs. 92.89 Crores, and closed at Rs. 615.
