Festivals play key role in strengthening national unity: President Paudel



KATHMANDU: President Ram Chandra Paudel has expressed confidence that traditional festivals like Ram Nawami, which have been observed for centuries, play a vital role in preserving Nepal’s ancient civilization, religious values, and cultural heritage.

Extending his best wishes for happiness, peace, and prosperity to all Nepali brothers and sisters at home and abroad on the occasion of Ram Nawami, President Paudel stated, “I believe that cultural and historical festivals like Ram Nawami contribute significantly to fostering national unity by nurturing mutual trust, goodwill, tolerance, and cooperation among our diverse ethnic, linguistic, cultural, and geographical communities.”
