Gold price increases by Rs 2,200 per tola



KATHMANDU: The price of gold in the Nepali market has risen by Rs 2,200 per tola today.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, the price of 24-carat gold has surged to Rs 1,66,900 per tola on Wednesday, an increase from the previous day’s rate.

On Tuesday, the price of 24-carat gold had already increased by Rs 1,900 per tola, bringing it to Rs 1,64,700.

In addition, the price of silver has also gone up by Rs 45 per tola, now trading at Rs 1,975. On Tuesday, the price of silver was Rs 1,930 per tola.
