Karnali sets target of 207 runs for APF in PM Cup clash



KATHMANDU: In a Prime Minister Cup match, Karnali Province has set a target of 207 runs for Nepal Armed Police Force (APF).

Opting to field after winning the toss at the Tribhuvan University cricket ground, APF successfully restricted Karnali Province to 206 runs in 44.1 overs.

Himanshu Shahi played a crucial role for Karnali, contributing 62 runs with seven sixes and two fours, while Arjun Gharti added 53 runs, including three sixes and one four.

Captain Rabindra J Shahi scored 22 runs, and Dipendra Rawat chipped in with 27 runs.

In response to Karnali’s innings, Mousam Dhakal of APF took the highest number of wickets, securing three dismissals.

Amar S Routela and Bhuvan Karki contributed with two and one wicket, respectively.
