Nepali killed in Texas

KATHMANDU: A Nepali national has been killed in Texas, USA.

Local media reports stated that 30-year-old Deepak Wali, who worked at a gas station on Highway 35 near Waco City, Texas, was shot early this morning.

Wali, originally from Rukum Bafikot, was attacked at around 5 am local time by a group of three robbers.

Officials have informed Wali’s family of the incident.

An investigation into the murder is currently underway.
