Karnali Province unveils budget of Rs 31.41 billion



KATHMANDU: The Karnali provincial government has introduced a budget of Rs 31.41 billion for the fiscal year 2024/25.

Finance Minister Mahendra KC unveiled the budget during the provincial assembly meeting on Saturday.

The budget aims to achieve economic prosperity, social justice, eliminate poverty, and create job opportunities, according to Finance Minister KC.

As per the constitutional provision, the provincial level must unveil the budget on June 15, and local levels on June 24.
