KATHMANDU: Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) Balen Shah met Prime Minister (PM) Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda on Monday morning.
Mayor Shah reached the Prime Minister’s residence at Baluwatar this morning and held talks on the difficulties that he has been facing as a Mayor, problems seen in Kathmandu, among other contemporary issues, Baluwatar sources said.
Public opinion against Mayor Shah has started to increase lately. A protest was organized in Kathmandu on Sunday alleging Balen of using dozers arbitrarily.
