KATHMANDU: A house in Dhulikhel fell victim to an early morning fire, leaving devastation in its wake. The incident occurred in the residence of Balram Dhimal, located in Baniyachap, Dhulikhel Municipality-11, as reported by the District Police Office, Kavre.

The swift response of firefighting efforts managed to bring the flames under control, preventing further escalation of the situation. However, the inferno resulted in the destruction of properties estimated to be worth Rs 900,000.

The cause of the fire remains unknown at this point, prompting an ongoing investigation by authorities to ascertain the factors that led to the unfortunate incident.
