RPP objects to political meetings at PM’s official residence in Baluwatar

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has expressed dissatisfaction after a party meeting was held at the official residence of the Prime Minister in Baluwatar, funded by public money.

RPP spokesperson and head of public relations department, Mohan Shrestha indicated concerns regarding holding any partisan or political meetings at the Prime Minister’s official residence.

He mentioned that the Prime Minister’s residence, funded by public money, should not be transformed into a specific party or faction’s office, emphasizing the ethical aspect of the matter.

On Wednesday morning, a meeting of the Socialist Front Nepal took place at the Prime Minister’s residence in Baluwatar.
