Nepal beat Hong Kong by 8 wickets, consecutive third win in a row



KATHMANDU: Winning the match against Hongkong on Monday, Nepal has bagged the third consecutive victory in the Asia Qualifiers of the ICC U-19 Men’s World Cup.

In the third match, Nepal played against Hong Kong and won the match.

After winning the toss and batting first, Hong Kong lost all the wickets in 46.3 overs and scored 120 runs and gave Nepal a target of 121 runs.

Nepal, who started batting in response, achieved the target by losing 1 wicket in 22 overs.

The top team, selected on the basis of the round-robin tournament, will qualify for the U-19 World Cup to be held in Sri Lanka in 2024.
