KATHMANDU: The Weather Forecast Division under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported a partial effect of westerly winds in Nepal.
Currently, the weather is clear in Koshi, Madhesh, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces, with a normal change in some regions and a partial change in others.
According to the Division, this afternoon, the weather will remain clear in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.
There is a possibility of light snowfall at one or two places in the high hills and Himalayan areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.
Tonight, the weather is expected to stay clear in the hilly areas of Koshi province.
The Division has urged people to take necessary measures to combat the cold as temperatures are decreasing across the country.
