U-19 Premier Cup Final: Nepal chooses to bat first



KATHMANDU: In the final match of the U-19 Premier Cup, Nepal won the toss and opted to take the batting lead against UAE at the Biomass Oval in Malaysia.

Arjun Kumal and Deepak Bohora took charge as the opening pair, adding an extra layer of anticipation to the high-stakes match.

Both teams, vying for the prestigious title, have solidified their positions in the U-19 Asia Cup.

Nepal secured their spot after a compelling victory over Japan, while UAE earned their place by defeating Singapore in the semi-finals.

In the match determining the third-place finish, Japan overcame Singapore, subsequently confirming their participation in the upcoming U-19 Asia Cup.
