Gold price skyrockets to all-time high in domestic market today



KATHMANDU: Gold prices reached a remarkable all-time high in the domestic market on Thursday.

The price of gold surged by Rs 500 in the domestic market today.

According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of fine gold has been set at Rs. 113,600 per tola, while standard gold is being traded at Rs. 113,050 per tola.

Just yesterday, the precious yellow metal was valued at Rs. 113,100 per tola, and standard gold at Rs. 112,550 per tola.

In the same vein, the price of silver stands at Rs. 1,495 per tola today.

The Federation determines the prices of gold and silver in the domestic market daily, taking into account the rates in the international market.
