Foreign Minister Saud inaugurates administrative building



KANCHANPUR: Minister for Foreign Affairs, Narayan Prakash (NP) Saud on Saturday inaugurated the main administrative building of Shuklaphanta municipality built with the loan assistance of the Asian Development Bank.

On the occasion, Minister Saud urged the concerned officials to engage in their efforts to develop Shuklaphanta as the best municipality in the country.

He said it was a matter of pride for the municipality’s office that started its operations from a small room to provide public service from a modern building.

On a different note, Foreign Minister Saud further said the government was introducing a new Civil Service Employees Act, Education Act, and Police Regulations to enable bureaucracy by bringing reforms to the existing work style.

The new building was constructed at the cost of Rs 100 million. It has a total of 51 rooms.
