ACC U-19 Asia Cup: India restricts Nepal to 52 runs



KATHMANDU: In the latest match of the ACC U-19 Asia Cup in Dubai, India, choosing to bowl first, successfully restricted Nepal to a mere 52 runs in the 50-over contest.

After losing the toss Nepal, invited to bat first, managed to score 52 runs and set a target of 53 for India to chase. Raj Limbani proved to be the star for India, taking seven wickets, while Aaradhya Shukla chipped in with two.

None of the Nepalese batsmen reached double figures in runs.

As the group stage unfolds, Pakistan leads with four points, trailed by India and Afghanistan with two points each. Unfortunately, Nepal is yet to secure a point in the tournament.

With this stellar performance, India solidifies its spot in the semi-finals, showcasing their dominance in the ACC U-19 Asia Cup.
