KATHMANDU: The first Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Nepal-Finland Chamber of Commerce and Industries concluded today, gathering key stakeholders in Kathmandu.
Addressing the attendees, President Mukunda Prasad Timalsina of the Nepal Finland Chamber highlighted the harmonious relationship that exists between the two nations, particularly in the realms of trade, education, and culture. He expressed optimism that this cooperation would continue to grow and strengthen in the future.
The event featured Rajesh Kaji Shrestha, former President of the Nepal Chamber of Commerce, as a special guest, who underscored the importance of further expanding business relations between Nepal and Finland.
Finland’s Ambassador to Nepal, Riina Riikka Heikka, expressed her views on the mutual interests that both countries share, emphasizing the promotion of bilateral cooperation in the coming days.
The program included the honoring of individuals making significant contributions to fostering the relationship between Nepal and Finland, including Rupak Rajbanshi, Naresh Shrestha, Uttam Silwal, and Usha Chapagai.
