KATHMANDU: Hearing of the writ petition filed against Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ will be conducted by the bench of Justice Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha.
According to the Supreme Court Administration, the hearing of the writ against Prachanda has been scheduled in the bench of Judge Shrestha.
Advocates Aran and Budhathoki filed a writ in the Supreme Court earlier this week demanding an order to investigate and prosecute criminal charges against Prachanda regarding the conflict-era case.
It should be recalled that Prachanda had on January 15, 2020, said that he would take responsibility for 5,000 of the people killed during the conflict.
