EC completes preparations for President election
All preparations have been completed in connection with the election of the President taking place on Thursday. Election Officer Mahesh Sharma Paudel said that all preparations- technical, human resources, and other managerial-related – have been completed in view of the voting for the election of the President to be held at Lhotse Hall of the Parliament Building in New Baneshwar.

The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has decided to remain neutral in the presidential election taking place on Thursday. A meeting of the Central Work Execution Committee of the party held on Wednesday decided to remain neutral in the election.

NEA urges users not to install street lights on their own
The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has urged the electricity users not to install street lights on their own without its consent. Issuing a public notice, NRA has urged the users to immediately install meter for measuring power supply to the street lights.
Polling centers set up for presidential election
Polling centers have been set up for the March 9 presidential election to be held at Parliament Building premises in Kathmandu. Assistant Election Officer Amrita Sharma shared that two polling centers have been put in place in the Lhotse Hall of the building.
