Bagmati Province announces public holiday in Makawanpur, Dhading and Chitwan on Sept 8

MAKAWANPUR: The Bagmati Province has announced a public holiday in Makawanpur, Dhading and Chitwan districts on September 8 on the occasion of the Nwagi festival of the Chepang community.

The Council of Ministers of Bagmati Province made the decision to this effect.

The Bagmati Province government has also appointed Krishna Kumari Basnet as a Member of the Provincial Policy and Planning Commission, according to Internal Affairs and Law Minister of Bagmati Ganga Narayan Shrestha.

The province government has also approved Province Disaster Management Fund Mobilization Procedures, 2080 BS.
