KATHMANDU: Justice Anil Sinha’s bench is to conduct the preliminary hearing of the case against Rabi Lamichhane, Chairman of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP).

Out of 11 writs scheduled to be heard in Sinha’s bench, Lamichhane’s writ is in the ninth number.

Yuvraj Safal filed a writ on Monday against Lamichhane for misusing the Nepali passport.
