Action taken against 202 drivers for driving under the influence of alcohol



KATHMANDU: Traffic police have taken action against 2 thousand 623 motorists in Kathmandu Valley in one day.

According to the Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office, they were taken action at various places in the valley on Saturday for violating traffic rules.

The traffic police took action against 202 people for driving under the influence of alcohol, 47 not following lane discipline, 105 for violating at red light, 87 honking in prohibited area and 26 driving with invisible number plates.
