JHAPA: Chairperson of CPN (UML) and former Prime Minister KP Oli has termed the upcoming election as an opportunity to shape the future of the country.

Addressing the party workers in Dhulabari on Wednesday, the UML Chair said that he was hopeful that the Election Commission would conduct the elections in a free and fair manner.

He said that the Commission should stop the act of leaders making false assurances and not following the code of conduct.

On the occasion, the UML Chair requested the leaders and workers of the party to follow the law and the code of conduct. He said that everyone’s role is important for a fair, peaceful and fearless election.
