Late Sushil Koirala to be decorated posthumously with Nepal Ratna Bibhushan



KATHMANDU: The government awarded former Prime Minister Sushil Koirala with Nepal Ratna — the highest honor of Nepal.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari announced that former Prime Minister Koirala will be decorated with the Nepal Ratna posthumously on the occasion of Constitution Day.

Koirala was the prime minister when the Constitution was promulgated.
