SAPTARI: A person has died after being hit by a motorcycle in Agnisair Krishna Swaran rural municipality-4, Banauli of Saptari district.
A 50-year-old local Arjun Sharma sustained critical injuries when a motorcycle (Sa 11 Pa 2897) hit Gorugada from behind at around 8:45 pm yesterday. Sharma was sitting on the Gorugada.
He died while being rushed to the hospital.
The motorcycle is under control and the driver is absconding, said the Area Police Office, Mahuli.
