KATHMANDU: Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota is holding an all-party meeting today.
According to Speaker Sapkota’s Secretariat, the all-party meeting has been called for 2 pm today.
The meeting will discuss current issues including the impeachment motion against Chief Justice Cholendra Shumsher Rana.
Article 101 (3) of the Constitution has the provision of forming an impeachment recommendation committee to investigate the allegations leveled against the Chief Justice provided an impeachment motion is filed against him.
