Leopard-in-house captured in Naikap



KATHMANDU: A leopard which had entered a house in Naikap has been captured on Sunday afternoon.

According to Thankot police, a leopard was seen in the vegetable tunnel at Thakurigaun, Purano Naikap at around 9 am. However, it is not sure whether the captured leopard is the same.

The leopard  that is in human net now is 15 kg. The police said that the captured leopard is a baby.

The police coordinated with the forest office staff and captured the leopard.

The Leopard is under the control of Division Forest Office Kathmandu and the office will decide what to do with it now.
