Indian Army Chief General Pande to visit Muktinath Temple today



KATHMANDU: Indian Army Chief General Manoj Pande is scheduled to visit Muktinath and carry out an onsite visit of the Nepali Army’s Mid-Command Headquarters, Pokhara, on Wednesday morning.

Meanwhile, he is scheduled to visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, Basantapur, on Wednesday afternoon.

On Tuesday, he made an onsite visit to Nepal Army Command and Staff College in Shivapuri.

In course of the visit, Indian Army Chief Pande attended the interaction organized there.

Similarly, he also paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba Tuesday afternoon.

Likewise, Indian Army Chief Pande offered prayers at Pashupatinath Temple last evening.

General Pande will return home on Thursday after visiting Indian Embassy, Kathmandu.

He arrived on a five-day visit to Nepal on Sunday at the invitation Chief of Army Staff, Prabhu Ram Sharma.
