9th National Games: Women Cricket’s match to be held from Oct 9-18



POKHARA: The women’s cricket match will be held in the Pokhara Cricket Stadium from October 9-18 October this year.

Altogether 9 domestic teams will play in the competition in two groups.

The National Sports Council made public the match schedule of the Women’s Cricket to be played under the 9th National Games in Pokhara.

The 9th National Games are being held from October 14-20 October in Gandaki Province. Group A consists of APF Club, Madhesh Province, Gandaki Province, Sudurpaschim Province and Bagmati Province.

Likewise, in Group B, there are Nepal Police Club, Karnali Province, Province-1 and Lumbini Province. In the inaugural match, Gandaki Province and Madhesh Province will compete while in the second match on the same day, Sudurpaschim Province and Bagmati Province will vie.

The top two teams in each Group will secure a spot in the semi-final. Male Cricket competition under the 9th National Games has already been held.
