PM Oli leaving for Bharatpur to inaugurate City Hall today

KATHMANDU:  Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli is leaving for Bharatpur, to inaugurate two big projects – up-gradation of Pulchowk-Gondrang road section into six-lane and construction of city hall, in Chitwan district.

Following the inauguration, Prime Minister Oli is scheduled to address a mass meeting to be organized at the Central Bus Park in Bharatpur.

The city hall is being constructed in the area of four bighas and four kathas at the initiation of the federal government. Similarly, six-kilometer Pulchowk-Gondrang road will be up-graded into six-lane in the district.

The Prachanda-Nepal faction, however, has been protesting against this project as it lies in the constituency-3, the constituency from where Prachanda had been elected to the House of Representatives.
