KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has authenticated two bills passed by the parliament.
President Bhandari certified the Finance Bill and the National Debt Raising Bill on Wednesday.
A statement issued by the President’s Office said both the bills were authenticated in accordance with Article 113 (2) of the constitution.
