Kathmandu Valley sees 145 fresh COVID-19 cases

KATHMANDU: As many as 145 persons have been infected with COVID-19 in the Kathmandu Valley in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 122 cases have been confirmed in Kathmandu, 9 in Bhaktapur, and 14 in Lalitpur.

Meanwhile, Nepal recorded a total of 283 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,70,375 in the country as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 3,286 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 246 infected people got recovery from the virus infection.

So far, 2,65,069 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, three persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 2,020.
