Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll reaches 2,020 with three new fatalities

KATHMANDU: As many as three COVID-19 patients succumbed to the pandemic in the last 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the new deaths have taken the country’s death toll from the coronavirus to 2,020 as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, Nepal recorded a total of 283 new cases of coronavirus infection in the past 24 hours.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the coronavirus tally reached 2,70,375 in the country as of Wednesday afternoon.

Likewise, the Ministry shared that now the country has 3,286 reported active cases of the virus.

In the past 24 hours, altogether 246 infected people got recovery from the virus infection.

So far, 2,65,069 people recovered from the coronavirus infection in the country.

Similarly, three persons succumbed to the virus across the country in the past 24 hours, hitting the total COVID-19 related deaths to 2,020.
