KATHMANDU: Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) Ltd.is holding its annual general meeting (AGM) on February 10.
The company adjusted its share value on Tuesday. With the price adjustment, it has announced its book closure date effective from today.
The value of shares has been adjusted based on the price posted on Tuesday with the announcement of 31 percent of bonus shares. The price of share value was Rs 2,872 per unit of share on Tuesday.
With the new price adjustment, Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has fixed the share value of the company for Rs 2,192 per unit of share.
The share price of NLIC is increasing even following the price adjustment.
