Prasai appointed CEO of NLIC



KATHMANDU: Santosh Prasai has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC).

An Executive Committee meeting of the company held on February 10 had decided to appoint Prasai to the post and sent the decision to Beema Samiti for approval.

Beema Samiti on Wednesday granted approval for the appointment of Prasain as CEO of the company.

With the approval, Prasai will take over the helm of NLIC for four years.

Prior to Prasai, Bibek Jha was the CEO of the company. With the expiry of Jha’s tenure, Prasai was working as the acting CEO of the company.
