Judicial Service Commission meeting postponed



KATHMANDU: A meeting of the Judicial Service Commission called by Chief Justice (CJ) Cholendra Shumsher Rana has been postponed.

The meeting was postponed as Chairman of Public Service Commission Madhav Prasad Regmi was currently out of Kathmandu.

CJ Rana had called a meeting of the JSC at 3 pm today to publish the results of the written examination of the district judges, according to spokesperson of the Council Man Bahadur Karki.

The JSC is chaired by the Chief Justice while the Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, senior-most justice of the Supreme Court, the Attorney General and the chairperson of the Public Service Commission are its members.
