One more couple found dead in Kathmandu Valley

KATHMANDU: One more couple has been found dead inside a house in the Kathmandu Valley.

Sagar Pokhrel, 32, of Changathali in Mahalaxmi Municipality-7 of Lalitpur and his wife Nirmala Pokhrel were found dead on Monday.

Chief of the Lalitpur Metropolitan Police Complex (SSP) Kiran Bajracharya said the couple was found dead and an investigation into the case was underway.

He said that the couple may have committed suicide as a bottle of poison called sulfur was found in the room.

“A bag of poison called sulfur has been found in the room nearby the deceased couple. Now the investigation into the case is underway,” SSP Barjacharya said.

A few days ago, a young couple was found dead in Tokha, Kathmandu.
