Two killed as jeep meets with accident near Sworgadwari



PYUTHAN: Two people have died in a jeep accident at Rumale in Pyuthan district on Wednesday morning.

The accident took place when an ill-fated jeep, Lu 1 Cha, 1655, was ferrying 15 pilgrims to the religious site Sworgadwari this morning, informed District Police Office, Pyuthan.

According to Chief District Office (CDO) Khim Raj Bhusal, Nepal, Police, Nepal Army and locals have been deployed in the incident site to carry out rescue work.

The identities of the deceased are yet to be established.
